All products sold by KIMYA CREATIVE STUDIOS are digital in nature, including but not limited to digital downloads, templates, design assets, digital artwork, educational content, and other intangible goods.

 

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered for digital products

  • This applies once the product has been delivered, accessed, or made available for download

 

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to a refund for digital products purchased from KIMYA CREATIVE STUDIOS.

 

2. Online Services

KIMYA CREATIVE STUDIOS may offer online services such as virtual consultations, custom digital design work, or other digital services.

  • Refunds for services are considered only at our discretion

  • Once work has begun or a service has been delivered, no refunds will be issued

  • Missed appointments, late responses, or delays caused by the client are non-refundable

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased digital product (such as a corrupted file or incorrect download), please contact us at:
